Synesthesia
Google defines Synesthesia as "the production of a sense impression relating to one sense or part of the body by stimulation of another sense or part of the body."
One way in which I experience synesthesia is through hearing sounds as specific colors and abstract imagery. These are simple paintings depicting what I see while listening to various music.
For a more comprehensive overview of Synesthesia, I highly recommend checking out https://www.bu.edu/synesthesia/faq/. (Written by Dr. Veronica Gross for Boston University's "the Synesthesia Project")
